1. How can I purchase a painting from your collection?
   Customers can go to All Artworks and select the painting category of their choice. The can then select Buy Now to place an order. Customers can either use email or fill a form to place an order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
   The available payment option currently is via online bank transfer.
3. Is international shipping available?
   At present we are only catering to the local market. However, we plan to ship internationally in the near future.
4. Can I return a painting if it doesn’t meet my expectations?
   MJTGalleria makes sure that each piece of artwork is meticulously created to cater to your preferences. From using premium quality material to seamless delivery, we aim to make your experience as memorable as possible. Even then, in case of any concerns, we advise you to communicate with us directly to inquire about the possibility of a return.
5. Are the paintings framed, and if not, can I request framing?
   Framing services are available and can be customized on demand. Simply choose the option for framing at the time of purchase and we will get back to you with suitable options.
6. Do you offer certificates of authenticity with your paintings?
   A certificate of authenticity is a document guaranteeing the authenticity of an artwork. It confirms that the artwork has been created by the artist associated with it. In art, a certificate of authenticity tells you who the artist is, the process used to create the print, the material it’s printed on, whether it’s a limited edition or not, etc.

7. Are there limited editions or prints available for purchase?
   Reproductions of the original painting can be created but only in a limited quantity.
8. Can I request a custom painting or a personalized commission?
   We are open to custom requests, which is often of interest to buyers looking for something unique.
9. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
   Discounts and promotions are applicable on clearance stock. Customers will be notified of such through our social accounts and website.
10. How is the pricing of your paintings determined?
    The pricing depends on a number of factors including size of the painting, technique and materials used, complexity and details, art market trends and location of delivery.
