Since all the products are created, designed,and painted to order, we don’t return or exchange them but can support educating on the do’s & don’t.

We ensure, proper quality check before dispatching the finished products and produce proper evidence to the client, furthermore, we make sure proper packaging, and delivery process through renouned courier services, however if there is any damages found due to mishandling during the shipment, we may discuss on a case to case basis and can find an amicable solution for your satisfaction.

We don’t compromise on the tools, colors & process quality and ensure the right steps with full dedication & quality time, and keep the clients in the loop during the entire process along with the certificate of authenticity.

Order Modification / Changes

Any change can be incorporated with mutual understanding (if possible) in the initial stage. After a certain time, there is no point of return, so be careful before communicating your requirements.
